Job Description

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Expo/Kitchen Crew Member to help keep the line moving and the plates looking sharp.
Responsibilities:
  • read and organize tickets accurately and quickly
  • assemble and plate dishes consistently
  • double-check presentation and accuracy before food is sent out
  • prepare condiments, make toast & assist with prep as needed
  • follow all sanitation and safety guidelines What we're looking for:
  • previous kitchen experience or restaurant experience required
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • strong attention to detail and timing
  • dependable, punctual, and able to communicate clearly
  • someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience
  • even behind the scenes
