Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, handle cash transactions, and manage sales efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with food handling duties including bussing tables, restocking supplies, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy while balancing registers at the end of shifts. Support team members by working collaboratively to ensure quick service delivery and a positive atmosphere. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
