Culinary Assistant

A culinary assistant supports the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring dishes are executed to Char Stone House standards. They handle tasks such as chopping, portioning, labeling, and organizing prep items, while maintaining a clean, sanitized, and efficient workspace. During service, they assist cooks with plating, restocking stations, and keeping the line running smoothly. They also help receive and store deliveries properly, monitor food freshness, and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Throughout each shift, a culinary assistant works collaboratively, communicates clearly, and contributes to the consistent, high-quality food experience that defines Char Stone House. 20-35 hours per week.
