We like to do things a little different and are looking for individuals who want to break out of the ordinary. We want to bring someone into the fold and give them the responsibility and opportunity to grow with us. Are you someone that wants to dish out tasty grub, from scratch, filled with fresh & local ingredients?? Feeling yeasty and want to rise up with this food truck?? Still reading?? We should talk! We are looking for an individual to help fill our truck up for events. Someone who is detail oriented, consistent, and wants to make outstanding quality food is essential. This position requires a balanced, personable individual that excels in keeping things moving. Baking experience a plus. We operate with a flexible schedule and can look to get 10-20 hours a week.

Duties:

• Preparing the kitchen for the day
• including ingredient prep, cleaning, layout and checking the truck is in order
• Processing orders and managing workflow
• Loading & unloading the truck
• Cleaning the truck after shifts, closing down the truck systems and working with the Chef/manager to ensure preparedness for the next day.
