The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent service. As a member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for prep, execution of all small plate menu items as well as maintaining a clean and organized area. This role will also entail a creative passion for seasonal changes in the menu and continued learning of cheese and charcuterie. We are searching to add a member to our team with an excitement for a seasonal changing small plate menu and cheese and charcuterie. Skills Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Works well with a collaborative team. Ability to work solo and stay organized during slow and busy times. Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge and continued learning of all food offerings as well as cheese and charcuterie. Passion for cheese and charcuterie!
