We're looking for upbeat, outgoing Baristas to join our team! You'll be cross-trained in both front and back of house keeping things fresh, fast-paced, and full of opportunity. Responsibilities Prepare smoothies, juices, and food to recipe standards Greet guests and take accurate orders Operate blenders, slicers, grills, and POS systems Keep stations clean and organized Restock and rotate inventory Handle cash/card transactions Support team members to ensure smooth operations Experience Positive attitude + strong work ethic Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Great communicator who loves customer service Attention to detail and urgency Able to lift up to 40-50 lbs on occasion and stand for extended periods 18 years of age or older
