What You Will Do Some responsibilities of all Kitchen Team Members in the Back of House include: Provide a safe, welcoming, and kind environment for all Customers and Team Members Execute all procedures as laid out by leaders (this includes Food Safety, Service, and Cleanliness models) Work hard in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency Proactively contribute to the cleanliness of both Customer and Team Member areas Respect your teammates by being on time for shifts Specific Kitchen Team Member duties include: Work as a line cook and prep cook, preparing every meal with care and consistency Handle food prep — portioning, breading, and prepping ingredients — with a strong focus on food safety and quality Move with urgency and stay productive from the moment your shift starts Keep your kitchen station clean, organized, and fully stocked Display grit and positivity, particularly during rush periods Own your impact on the Customer experience What We Offer You A positive and fun environment Pay ranging from $15/hour to $18/hour based on availability & experience (must be age 17+) Flexible schedules (and always closed on Sundays) Leadership growth opportunities with development programs and stipends for those ready to advance Free employee meals while working Health insurance with employer contribution
