Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join Fergie's Pizza as a Kitchen Team Member. As a member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to creating delicious meals for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Handle food safely and adhere to proper food handling procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Operate kitchen equipment, such as knives, mixers, and ovens, safely and effectively

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic food service principles and practices
• Ability to handle knives and other kitchen tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
