Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and sanitation Prepare and assemble drinks Operate Toast POS and handheld for accurate order entry and cash handling Provide excellent guest service by creating connections and experiences with our community Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure quick service times in a fast-food environment Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Support kitchen operations by restocking supplies, adhering to sanitation standards, and ensuring a smooth workflow Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or food and drink service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick service or fast casual restaurant setting Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in a café, retail store, bar, or restaurant environment is advantageous Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks during busy periods Join us as a Restaurant Crew Member where your energy fuels our success!
