- craft espresso drinks complete with latte art, prep and plate meals, keep the space clean and inviting, and create a great experience for every guest.
We're looking for reliable, upbeat, all-around crew members, who are just as comfortable behind the espresso bar & assembling sandwiches, as they are communicating face-to-face with our customers. We constantly strive for great customer service just as much as we focus on crafting our Instagram-worthy latte art. We believe in a fun environment, while also understanding the need for adapting to high energy vibes that go from 0-100 in an instant. It's crazy, it's fun, the customers are awesome, the pink espresso machine is Queen....we love what we do, and we're looking for others who feel the same. <3 What You'll Be Doing Greet customers with warmth and attention to detail. Take their orders accurately using our POS system Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including espresso drinks, coffee, frappes, smoothies and tea, while adhering to food safety standards. Cook, prep, and assemble food items (breakfast, lunch, bakery items). Ensure all food items meet quality standards for presentation and taste. Maintain cleanliness in the café area, including tables, counters, and equipment, to provide a welcoming environment for guests. Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and assist with training new staff as needed. Work collaboratively with a small, tight-knit team What We're Looking For Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle a fast-paced setting Previous experience in a café or food service environment is preferred but not required; barista experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Willingness to learn Basic math skills for cash handling Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is beneficial. Training is available. Ability to be on your feet, lift 25+ lbs A passion for coffee and the food industry will enhance your performance in this role Perks at Perk
