As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that food preparation and safety standards are met. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere and are passionate about providing quality food and service to our valued customers. our crew earn $13-$20 and more per hour with tips. Responsibilities Prepare ice cream, shakes, smoothies, fresh waffle cones and bowls, ice cream cakes, cupcakes and cookie sandwiches according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, to process customer transactions efficiently. Handle cash transactions accurately. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate and handle drive thru and on-line orders. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Washing dishes, cleaning windows etc. Restocking and prepping fruit, mix-ins and ice cream pans. Skills Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. knowing what tasks need to be done without supervision. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards within the food industry. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions. Experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is beneficial.
