POSITION OVERVIEW

: Service Team Member At Green + The Grain, our Service Team Members are the foundation of the guest experience. This is more than a role — it's an opportunity to be part of a team that values quality, energy, and excellence in every detail. You'll be trained across all front-of-house positions, building a well-rounded skill set while contributing to a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

Master all front-of-house roles, including but not limited to : Bowling & salad making with precision and consistency Cashiering and creating a welcoming, elevated guest experience Managing online and third-party orders with accuracy and speed Execute opening and closing responsibilities with attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace Complete daily side work to support smooth operations Bring energy, urgency, and teamwork to every shift

QUALIFICATIONS

: Friendly, positive attitude and strong team player mentality Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards Willingness to learn all stations including prep, service line, dish, and cleaning Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer experience Strong attention to detail and consistency Previous food service, prep, or general fast casual experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds Ability to take initiative and adapt to shifting priorities during service Ability to read and follow recipes and online/digital order systems Serve Safe or other food handler certifications are a bonus, but not required Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation to and from work
