E's Gourmet Sandwiches in Stillwater is hiring Kitchen Team Members to help build a new, fast-paced sandwich shop from the ground up. This role includes sandwich assembly, prep, cooking, and maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen while delivering consistent, high-quality food. We're looking for reliable, team-oriented people who take pride in their work and want to be part of a collaborative, no-ego environment. Pay is $16-19/hr based on experience, plus cash and digital tips, a free meal each shift, and 50% off when you're off the clock. Position Overview As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll be part of the core team responsible for preparing and serving high-quality sandwiches in a fast-paced, system-driven kitchen. This role is hands-on, team-oriented, and built for people who take pride in doing things right every time. What You'll Do Assemble sandwiches with consistency and attention to detail Prep ingredients including vegetables, sauces, and proteins Cook menu items using griddle, fryer, and other equipment Assist with opening and closing duties Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen Run food to guests and support overall service flow What We're Looking For 1 year of QSR or fast casual cooking experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work Positive attitude and willingness to learn Schedule Lunch and dinner shifts available Flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time options Pay and Perks $16 to $19 per hour based on experience Cash and digital tips Free meal every shift 50% off meals outside of work Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding concept Why Join E's This is not a plug-and-play job.
