Job Description
Imo's Pizza Bridgeton is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our kitchen team! Our small, family-run franchise is dedicated to providing our community with an excellent St. Louis style dining experience. As a member of our kitchen team, you will contribute to the continued growth and success of the franchise by providing the exceptional food and friendly customer service that our local community has come to expect. First time job seekers will learn foundational skills applicable to all future job opportunities. Hard working, career driven individuals will find a fast-paced atmosphere that encourages personal growth and advancement within the company; which entails performance-based raises, promotions, and benefits! Responsibilities Prepping and cooking food to our standards of quality in a timely manner Taking orders and providing prompt, friendly service to our customers Keeping a stocked, cleaned, and organized work station Participating in the cleaning and general upkeep of the store Arriving to scheduled shifts on time, presentably and practicing good personal hygiene Maintaining the store's positive reputation in our community through the responsibilities listed above Qualifications Must be at least 16 years or older to apply Must have and maintain reliable transportation to and from work Must provide records of two rounds of Hepatitis A vaccinations, as per St. Louis County Health Code Must be able to read, follow, and remember instructions and recipes Must be willing to work as part of team Must be able to communicate clearly and positively with customers and coworkers Must be able to work a 6-hour to 9-hour shift Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work quickly and efficiently through rushes Night shift employees should always be prepared to close
