In this fast-paced role, you'll be the friendly face welcoming customers, preparing fresh food quickly and accurately, and delivering an excellent dining experience in a high-energy mall environment. Duties Prepare and assemble high-quality pizza, pasta, stromboli, salads, and other menu items quickly and accurately while following recipes and food safety standards Operate the POS system to take orders (counter and occasional phone orders) and process payments efficiently Provide friendly, attentive customer service and help upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing workstations and following proper food handling and sanitation procedures Support daily opening/closing tasks and work as a team to keep the restaurant running smoothly Assist with food safety procedures, including temperature checks, proper storage, and sanitation Skills & Qualifications Previous restaurant, food service, or quick-service experience is a plus but not required — we provide training Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills and a positive, energetic attitude Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) Food Handler's permit (or willingness to obtain one) We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth as we open and expand.
