Responsibilities Prepare dough according to established recipes, ensuring proper mixing, kneading, and resting times Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, dough sheeters and other equipments safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace to uphold food safety standards Follow food handling procedures meticulously to ensure product quality and safety Support high-volume production needs while adhering to recipe specifications and quality standards Experience Prior experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, knives, and dough machines Experience in a high-volume food environment or restaurant setting is advantageous Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing portion sizes Customer service experience is a plus, especially in catering or restaurant roles involving direct interaction with clients or guests Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen setting Join us as a Dough Maker and bring your culinary passion to life!
