Baked by Nina's is looking for someone special to join our tiny but mighty bakery team! We're more than just a bakery and coffee shop. We're building a creative, welcoming space centered around community, comfort, pink vibes, good food, and big dreams. We need someone who truly wants to be part of that magic. What we're looking for: Positive & friendly personality Hard-working and reliable Someone who works well in a fast-paced environment A team player with a good attitude Someone responsible, trustworthy, and ready to jump in wherever needed Bonus points if you love small businesses, creativity, and making people feel welcome Job duties may include: Kitchen prep Helping with sandwiches, sweets, and bakery items Cleaning & dishes Restocking & organizing Assisting the team during busy rushes Ensure compliance with food safety standards Bringing good energy to the bakery every day This is NOT just a "clock in and clock out" kind of place. We're looking for someone who sees the dream behind a small business and wants to grow with us. Part-time hours available. We are Open Tuesday-Saturday 7am-2pm Weekend availability is a huge plus!
