A Kitchen Staff assists with food preparation as directed by cooks, food supervisors or chefs. Cleans kitchen work areas and dishes. Prepares ingredients for dishes to be cooked, prepares beverages, and stocks salad bars or buffet tables.

SCHEDULE
5am to 2pm. We can do "part-time" (3 or 4 shifts / week) or "full-time" (5 shifts / week) We value the life experience and maturity adults bring to our business. This position is best suited for an adult or mature college student. Not teens. The 5am shift is only open to those age 19 and older. What will this person do? Heavy lifting - Put away our truck of supplies (groceries, frozen food and dry goods) at 5am each day. Must be physically strong for this particular role. Afterwards do prep to set up the kitchen for success Then work as part of our kitchen team to cook breakfast and lunch This role requires: Physical strength and dexterity to put away groceries and supplies independently, lifting heavy items and moving inventory around. Get paid to work out! Attention to detail. Things must be put in the proper place so they can be found by the team members! Someone who enjoys a "hands on" type of job. Excellent references. This is a role that is a fit for very reliable people because they are literally the start of our business each day. If you've struggled with being on time for work or are often unexpectedly unable to get to work this is not the right role for you. What rate of pay is available? Pay rate depends on your availability and experience. Starting rate of pay may be negotiable for adults with leadership / management or other restaurant administrative experience such as inventory, ordering, vendor relations, etc. The pay rate quoted in this posting is for adults and college students who wish to work this particular early morning shift. This pay range is not for teenagers or for other shifts.
