Part-time, Full-time Job Summary:

Sobremesa is our newest concept with Tilford Restaurant Group that focuses on great food, margaritas, and large gatherings. We are looking to build a talented BOH team to execute our original take on Mexican food. Positions we are looking to fill are: Line cooks Prep Cooks Dishwashers Responsibilities Prepare and serve traditional Mexican cuisine with a modern take and related menu items with attention to quality and presentation. Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in all kitchen operations. Support team members in daily kitchen activities, fostering a collaborative environment. Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining excellent customer service. Follow all health regulations and safety procedures diligently. Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that embodies our community-focused values. Qualifications Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and handling. Experience in restaurant or food service environments. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices. Excellent knife skills and meal preparation abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
