Why Work at The Club at Porto CimaThe Club at Porto Cima is a private, premier clubfeaturing a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, a 17,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, and multiple food and beverage outlets overlooking Lake of the Ozarks. Our culinary team operates three kitchens, including seasonal outlets and a year-round clubhouse kitchen, all led by our Executive Chefs.

Ideal candidates are dependable, hardworking, and take pride in their craft.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to chef recipes and standards Assist with plating, buffet setup, and service execution Prep ingredients: washing, chopping, slicing, portioning Set up, stock, and maintain clean workstations Follow food safety, sanitation, and FIFO standards Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Support line cooks and chefs during busy service periods Maintain organization, cleanliness, and teamwork throughout the kitchen Qualifications Kitchen or food prep experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Must be able to correctly execute verbal and written instructions as given Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-heat environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays) Positive attitude and professional appearance References and verifiable experience are required for competitive wage consideration.
