Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Staff member, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable dining experiences. In this energetic role, you will support food preparation, ensure food safety standards are met, and assist with various kitchen operations. Your positive attitude and strong work ethic will contribute to a lively, efficient environment that delights our guests and maintains the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and cooking under supervision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures Support serving staff by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and ensuring guest needs are met promptly Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing when required Contribute to banquet setups and catering events by preparing ingredients and assisting with service logistics Follow all food safety regulations and health department guidelines to uphold hygiene standards Skills Experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety protocols Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions Previous kitchen experience or culinary background preferred Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Experience with banquet service, bussing, or hotel food operations is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through passionate service and culinary excellence!

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
