Job Description
Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by assisting with meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and guidelines to ensure quality and consistency. Handle food safely and adhere to all food safety regulations and standards. Operate kitchen equipment, including knives and other culinary tools, with care and precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Support catering operations as needed, ensuring timely delivery of meals. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen workflow during busy service periods. Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with catering services is a plus. Basic knife skills and knowledge of meal preparation techniques are advantageous. Strong understanding of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
