This role is primarily responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring timely service for golfers and guests. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in food quality, and is committed to providing a positive experience for all customers. Flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to work during peak hours, weekends, holidays, and tournaments are essential. Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests in a fast-paced bar and grill environment Operate the POS system to enter orders, process payments, and manage tabs Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and end-of-day cleanup Support and adapt to special events, tournaments, and high-traffic service periods as required Prepare and cook menu items (burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, fries, etc.) Operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively Stock and prep ingredients, including slicing, chopping, and portioning items for daily service Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations Keep the kitchen, cooking stations, bar, and dining area clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout shifts Previous experience in food and beverage services 21 plus to serve alcoholic beverages Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Pay:

$10.00 - $30.00 per hour
