This position focuses on preparing and organizing ingredients for our kitchen team. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working behind the scenes, enjoys staying organized, and takes pride in keeping a clean and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities:

Wash, chop, slice, peel, and prepare ingredients Portion and package food items Prepare ingredients according to kitchen instructions and recipes Label, date, and properly store prepared food Keep prep areas clean, organized, and stocked Wash and organize produce Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas Support the kitchen team with daily prep needs

What We're Looking For:

Previous kitchen or food prep experience is preferred but not required Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team We are looking to hire as soon as possible and are actively reviewing applications.
