Duties Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and standards Support cooking activities under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers to ensure timely meal service Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless service flow Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety standards is advantageous Strong communication skills are essential for working effectively within a team and delivering excellent customer service Basic knowledge of culinary practices, food handling procedures, and sanitation regulations is desirable
