Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Staff member, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations Handle food safely by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations Support the serving team by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions Contribute to banquet setups and support catering events with timely food service delivery Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and exceptional guest service Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with knowledge of food handling safety standards Strong cooking skills and familiarity with food preparation techniques Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene Previous banquet or hotel kitchen experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in hospitality settings Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences through exceptional food service!
