Responsibilities This role is multi-faceted and will work in both the Kitchen and FOH. Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following safety and sanitation standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) system (Square) for order processing and cash handling Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote special offers or new products Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and supporting kitchen staff with food prep as needed Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction Experience Kitchen experience preferred and encouraged to apply Previous experience in food service environments helpful Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy Part time and Full time positions available.
