Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients with precision and care Support the kitchen team in cooking various menu items according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines Prepare ingredients for meal service, including portioning and plating as directed by chefs or kitchen managers Support in meal assembly during busy hours to ensure timely service for customers Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of supplies needed Requirements Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is not necessary, but highly preferred Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Experience with food preparation, cooking, and kitchen equipment use Familiarity with dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus Basic knife skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn Spanish

• 9:30 (when done with closing duties), ideally Monday
