We are looking for dependable, humble, and hardworking team members who understand that some of the most important ministry happens through everyday acts of service. The Power Cross Cafe Core Values are: Serve God, Serve Guest, Serve Each Other. This role is essential to helping our café operate with excellence while creating a welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors.What You'll Do:
Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Prepare the daily cafe meal essentials using the prepared cookbook and recipes. There will be options to add your special touches and recipes to help build the menu. Cafe basics include country style vegetables, meats, and desserts. Assist with food prep and meal preparation for catering needs. Support line cooks during busy service times. Work together with the kitchen team to serve guests with excellence. Help create a positive, encouraging atmosphere for coworkers and customers. Step in wherever needed with a willing attitude.What We're Looking For:
