Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation practices to ensure a safe dining environment Assist with bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Skills Experience in food preparation and handling within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting Proficiency with POS systems (Aloha or Micros) for efficient transaction processing Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices Previous experience in the culinary field or restaurant industry is preferred but not mandatory Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated Join us as a Team Member where you can grow your skills in the food industry while contributing to a vibrant café atmosphere!
