Duties Prepare and assemble meals according to department guidelines and menu specifications, ensuring high-quality food production. Assist with food handling, sanitation, and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. Serve meals to members or guests with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring proper portioning and presentation. Follow all food safety protocols, including proper sanitation practices and safe food handling procedures. Assist with meal preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, cooking, and plating under supervision. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas in compliance with health regulations. Experience Previous experience in food production or food service roles is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices essential for maintaining a clean kitchen. Ability to work collaboratively with culinary and service teams. Prior kitchen experience involving cooking, food handling, and meal preparation will support success in this role.
