Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and handle cash transactions with precision Prepare food items according to company standards, including pizza assembly, food handling, and sanitation protocols Upsell menu items and suggest add-ons to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen stations, and food prep areas by bussing tables and performing sanitation tasks Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and order accuracy Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times to ensure health standards are met Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests and team members Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and retail math calculations Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen procedures Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential Join us today and become part of a lively team dedicated to delivering delicious food and memorable experiences!
