The Role This position reports directly to Kitchen Lead and is responsible for the production and packaging of edible and ingestible products. The role involves preparing ingredients, operating machinery and ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards in a food-grade environment. Full Time
- Mon•Fri 8:30am•5pm Pay•$17.
- Accurately weight and measure ingredients according to recipes. Production
- Operate kitchen equipment and machinery to produce edible and ingestible products. Packaging
- Package and label finished products in compliance with regulatory and brand standards. Safety Compliance
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for all assigned tasks. Other Job Responsibilities Demolding
- Remove cured products from molds following production. Inventory Support
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed. Sanitation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment. Documentation
- Complete batch records and daily production tracking sheets accurately. Quality Control
- Inspect products and reject any that do not meet quality standards. Inventory Counting
- Count and record finished products and prepped materials.
