Job Description Ensōra is a specialty cafe in Cherry Hill serving premium quality matcha drinks, espresso, taiyaki, soft serve, shaved snow ice, and sandwiches. We're looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals with barista experience and a passion for hospitality to help shape our cafe. Back of House (BOH) As a Back of House team member at Ensōra, you'll work behind the scenes to prepare and assemble high quality desserts and food items.

Responsibilities:

Prepare batters, fillings, toppings, and ingredients for taiyaki, drinks, shaved ice, and sandwiches Cook taiyaki cones and waffles with precision and consistency Assemble shaved snow ice and sandwiches in a timely manner and produce a quality product with care Maintain proper hygiene and practice good safety habits when using equipment and handling food Wash, sanitize, and maintain all kitchen utensils, tools, and equipment throughout the shift Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked while supporting smooth operations Assist with opening/closing routines as needed

What We're Looking For:

Previous cafe, barista, bakery, or food service experience preferred (willing to train motivated candidates) Strong customer service skills and ability to create positive guest experiences (FOH) Comfortable with food prep, baking, or sandwich assembly (BOH) Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Works well in a team environment while also staying motivated Be part of a team that creates memorable experiences for guests through great service and quality products Reliable with consistent morning and weekend availability
