Job Description
As a Ensora Crew Member, you will assist with both guest facing and behind the scenes kitchen roles. You will prepare drinks and food with consistency, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a clean, organized cafe. Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers with friendly, attentive service. Answer menu questions, make recommendations, and accurately process orders using the POS system. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, matcha drinks, taiyaki, soft serve, gelato, sandwiches, and other menu items according to Ensōra standards. Prepare batters, fillings, toppings, and ingredients for daily service. Cook taiyaki and mochi waffles with consistency and attention to detail. Assemble sandwiches, desserts, and specialty menu items with care. Wash, sanitize, and maintain kitchen tools, utensils, equipment, and service areas throughout the shift. Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked cafe and kitchen. Follow food safety, sanitation, and equipment safety procedures. Assist with opening and closing duties, restocking, and supporting teammates wherever needed. What We Are Looking For Previous cafe, barista, bakery, or food service experience preferred (willing to train motivated candidates). Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Comfortable working in both customer-facing and kitchen environments. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced setting. Works well independently and as part of a team. Reliable with consistent morning, evening, and weekend availability.
