Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their dining experience Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and payments Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support food industry operations by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring quick service delivery Engage in upselling techniques to promote menu items and increase sales opportunities Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or a quick service & fast-food restaurant is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations for transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Experience working in a café, retail store, grocery store, or similar environment is advantageous Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary experience, cashiering, and restaurant operations Join us today to become part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
