Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Crew Member and be the heartbeat of our fast-paced, customer-focused environment! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional food service experiences by preparing delicious menu items, operating point-of-sale (POS) systems, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. Responsibilities Prepare food items efficiently and according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision. Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with food handling tasks including bussing tables, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations during peak hours. Manage time effectively to ensure quick service delivery in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment. Uphold safety standards by following proper food safety procedures, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling techniques. Skills Experience in food preparation and food service environments, preferably within quick service or fast-food restaurants. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail. Previous restaurant or retail experience is a plus; culinary experience or kitchen background is beneficial but not required.
