Springbone is a quickly growing brand of healthy fast casual restaurants specializing in nourishing bone broth and better-than-homemade bowls. Key Responsibilities Guest Service & POS Operations Provide a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience for all guests Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and process transactions in accordance with company procedures Respond to guest inquiries and escalate concerns to management when appropriate Food Preparation & Multi-Station Execution Perform duties across multiple stations as assigned, including: Broths Station
  • Prepare and portion signature broths in accordance with established recipes and quality standards Bowls Station
  • Assemble menu items accurately and efficiently following portion and presentation guidelines Customer Service & Register
  • Process transactions and support guest engagement Food Prep
  • Prepare ingredients and ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage Food Safety & Sanitation Compliance Follow all NJ food safety regulations and company sanitation standards Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready workstation Properly store and rotate ingredients in accordance with food safety procedures Support dishwashing and sanitation efforts as needed to maintain operational flow, including assisting in the dish area during peak periods Team Collaboration & Workplace Conduct Work collaboratively with team members to meet service and production goals Maintain respectful and professional communication with guests and colleagues Adhere to company attendance, uniform, grooming, and workplace conduct policies Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) Essential Functions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Ability to operate POS systems and kitchen equipment safely Ability to work in hot or cold kitchen conditions Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy under time-sensitive conditions Ability to work a variable schedule based on business needs, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to comply with company dress code, attendance, and workplace conduct requirements Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comply with Company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable city, state, and federal laws and regulations Attend all required meetings and trainings Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned Experience Requirements Open availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed to support catering schedules and business demands Previous food service or customer service experience (preferred but not required) Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ready to Grow With Us?
