Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Person to join our team in a fast-paced pizzeria environment. As a Counter Person, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a clean and sanitary environment.

! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in a friendly manner. Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, dining space, and kitchen as per health regulations. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while ensuring quality control. Assist in inventory management by keeping track of stock levels and reporting shortages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Handle cash and perform basic math calculations for transactions. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their dining experience. Qualifications Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
