Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a quick, friendly manner Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and managing food safety protocols Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn! Familiarity with POS systems like Toast POS is a bonus!
