EARLY RISER - KITCHEN HELP

The Robin's Nest Restaurant and Catering is seeking a Part-time line cook/ Sous Chef to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation.

Qualifications:

Must have previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields You are able to " work the line " Knowledge of brunch, lunch and dinner entrees Passion for food and cooking techniques Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, "able to think on your feet" Able to multitask Positive attitude The position will be for Sundays, 8am-3:30pm, with the potential for additional hours. You must be available to work most Sunday holidays.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day culinary operations Coordinate food and kitchenware orders Check freshness and quality of ingredients Assist in the development of menu items Standardize recipes and plate presentations Work with management to create a memorable experience for diners

Benefits:

One week paid vacation after one year of employment Wage will be commensurate with experience
