SAKANA Sushi & Japanese Cuisine in New Brunswick is hiring a Sushi Assistant . We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, hardworking, and interested in building a long-term career in sushi. This is not just an assistant position. We provide training and a clear career path to help you gradually develop your skills and become a Sushi Chef. If you are willing to learn and improve, our experienced sushi team can teach you step by step.

Responsibilities include:
