The Team Member will be responsible for assisting with various restaurant operations including food preparation, customer service, cleaning, and other support duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at all times Take and process customer orders efficiently and accurately Assist in preparing and packaging food items according to QSR standards Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining, and service areas Restock supplies and ensure food items are stored safely and correctly Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food safety standards Operate kitchen and service equipment safely and correctly (including deep-fryer, oven, etc). Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing stock Handle cash and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems (if required) Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Requirements:

Morning Shift Team Member MUST be able to work on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9:30am-4pm. Evening Shift Team Members MUST be able to work shifts from 4:00pm-10:00pm including on Friday or Saturday Nights Must be able to speak and communicate in English. Previous experience in a QSR or food service environment is an advantage but not essential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task. Strong customer service and communication skills Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays Physically fit and able to stand for long periods & to lift boxes & trays of food Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn new skills
