Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, following established recipes and safety standards. Take orders accurately using POS systems like Square, and process transactions with cash handling skills. Serve guests with a friendly attitude, upselling menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food prep areas, dining spaces, and during food handling. Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables quickly to keep service flowing smoothly. Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality. Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Experience Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail math is a plus but not required—training will be provided! Familiarity with POS systems such as Square is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales, and inventory management are important. Strong customer service skills with an approachable personality to connect with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques preferred. Experience working in fast-paced environments like cafés, grocery stores, or restaurants helps but isn't essential—enthusiasm and a positive attitude matter most!
