Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and passionate Dough Master to join our growing bakery and pizzeria team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation processes, ingredient management, and quality control. This position is responsible for producing consistent, high-quality dough for artisan breads, pizzas, and specialty baked products, restock, preplist of the Kitchen and manage personal team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and mix dough according to established recipes and quality standards. Monitor and manage fermentation, proofing, and hydration levels. Scale, portion, and shape dough products accurately. Maintain consistency in texture, flavor, and appearance of all dough products. Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished dough. Operate and maintain mixers, sheeters, and other bakery equipment. Monitor inventory of flour, yeast, and other production ingredients. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Train and mentor kitchen staff on prep for the Kitchen Prep Lis, Restock, Dough and Rotation of the items on the walkings Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional experience making pizza dough, artisan bread dough, or Kitchen Inventory expeience Strong understanding of fermentation, hydration, gluten development, and dough handling techniques. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with wood-fired pizza dough and artisan bread production. Knowledge of sourdough and natural fermentation methods. Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
