Full-Time / Part-Time Houston TX Hot Chicken is hiring Back of House Team Members for our Green Valley location in Henderson . We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering quality food and an exceptional guest experience. If you bring urgency, accountability, and a team-first attitude, we want you on our team.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook menu items following Houston TX Hot Chicken recipes and operating standards Bread, fry, season, and assemble food with consistency and attention to detail Execute food safely while maintaining speed and quality during busy service periods Follow prep procedures, portion standards, and food safety requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked kitchen environment Complete opening, shift, and closing responsibilities Work closely with leadership and Front of House teams to deliver a great guest experience Support inventory management and minimize product waste
What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to perform in a high-energy, high-volume kitchen environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but not required—we train the right people
