Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and cooking to ensure timely delivery of quality meals Support menu planning by organizing ingredients and prepping ingredients for daily dishes Handle food with care, following all food safety and sanitation protocols Participate in food service activities, including plating and serving meals to guests or residents Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts Contribute to catering events by preparing and presenting food items professionally Follow all kitchen safety guidelines, including knife skills and proper food handling procedures Requirements Prior experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Hands-on kitchen experience in restaurants or the food industry is preferred Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Ability to handle knives skillfully and perform meal preparation efficiently Excellent understanding of food handling regulations and sanitation practices Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving is a plus Must be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe kitchen environment Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
