Job Requirements:

Work in partnership with the EVS Stewarding Supervisor to oversee daily functions in all restaurant outlets. Assist with staffing needs, scheduling and corrective action as needed. Ensure kitchen equipment is functioning properly, reporting issues when needed. Ensure the cleanliness of all cooking equipment, floors and walls. Washing of dishes, glassware, silverware and other operating supplies. Oversee the disposal of trash and garbage. Assure that restaurants are properly supplied with dishes, glasses and silverware. Washing of all heavy pots, pans, and cooking utensils, dusting, sweeping, and mopping various kitchen areas. Thorough knowledge of applicable company and departmental policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma and/or GED preferred Previous experience working in a kitchen or as a dishwasher is preferred. 1 year previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.

Additional Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Some computer knowledge is a plus. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
