Job Description

Job Responsibilities Develop positive relationships with staff members and operational staff Uphold our Core Values. Develop positive relationships with every single patient at every visit Display long-term commitment toward incremental growth and improvement Add value to services given Meet needs in advance Build quality relationships with referring doctors and maintain rapport with referring staff Expand knowledge by researching and reading new materials with a growth mindset Attend outside events and meetings, i.e., continuing education Technologies used in the office: Panoura 18S Dental Panoramic X-Ray Machine Instrumentarium Focus Intra Oral X-Ray System Requirements DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation Completed a Pediatric Dental Residency from an accredited postgraduate Pediatric Dental program Board Certified or Board-Eligible License to practice in Nevada (•Prior to work start date) Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Prefer 2+ years of general and/or pediatric dentistry experience but, will consider recent graduates from an accredited postgraduate Pediatric Dental program with no general dentistry experience.
