The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Suite Runners to join our team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. As a Suite Runner, you will be responsible for quickly responding to changing needs within the suites. What will you do? Take note of relevant information during pre-shift briefing, including service scheduling and guest notes Coordinate with chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations Assist kitchen with the presentation of courses, explaining any relevant missing menu items Verify kitchen and dining room cleanliness at all times and assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen More about you Minimum of 1 year of experience as a runner or busser Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Excellent communication skills Physical requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Shift details
